The facility at 40 Neilson Avenue is located in the rapidly evolving city of St Catharines, located in the heart of the Niagara Region. This 80,000 sq. ft. building was constructed in the mid 1990’s on 8 acres of an ideally located property, just minutes from the QEW and 30 minutes from the Canada /USA Border.
The facility offers an astonishing 250 tonne Lift Capacity Crane with 60 ft. under the hook, and three additional 15 tonnes crane, making it one of the premier heavy manufacturing complexes in Ontario.
With the continuing growth of JTL Integrated Machine in Port Colborne, Trenergy Inc. in St. Catharines and Can-Eng in Niagara Falls, this location will function seamlessly to provide additional Engineering and Manufacturing capacity for these companies who are all leaders in their respective industries.
